Craig Murray, former UK Ambassador, claims to have met the source of the files personally in a park near Washington University and transmitted them, in person, to Julian Assange. So, to make this pellucidly clear, I don't think the intelligence agencies have even established the FACT of "hacking". And if that hasn't been established, how can you make a list of suspects?
I think Mueller indicted a ham sandwich in this case.

Well, TWITCHY, you seem so certain that you know how things happened. And it's been a while since I looked deeply into that whole "DNC-hacking" thing, so maybe you can tell me, step by step, the evidence that shows that the server was "hacked" by Russia.
