I think that your problem is that all you value is money.

That's a question you should probably be asking yourself every single day, if you haven't been already.

I would strongly advise against the temptation to avoid being brutally honest with yourself while making that evaluation.

One thing that I do possess that you don't is a true and honest stock of who I am and what I am capable of, as well as just how low in the depths of pathetic nothingness that I can allow myself sink... and for just how long I could survive there without allowing it to consume me... or even worse.

And it didn't break me. No. It made me much, much stronger. I have real knowledge of my self. My strengths. My weaknesses. What it is I should value in life and what is just silly shit that most people worry about but doesn't actually mean anything in the scheme of things.

I know exactly who's eyes are staring back at me when I look into the mirror now.

As far as most people know, I don't have any money. I'm living on a pension, they think. I give the appearance of an old guy that is kind of generous. Somebody dumped a dead pitbull at the cemetery? I will pick it up. I do the stinking jobs, not hire them done. I don't want to end up like Oprah or Bill Gates, living in a multitude of big houses so that they can isolate themselves from all the greedy Americans who want a share. I live in a dinky little house in a middle class neighborhood a very short distance from the poor in Baytown. I already found out what happens when I take on other people's problems, people who create their own problems faster than even Jeff Bezos could solve them. Bezos is smart enough to put his excess money into rockets and fire it into outer space. That is less trouble.

If you don't know, Trump hates Jeff Bezos, mostly because Bezos and the Post can prove Trump is a braying jackass. Mostly, Trump voters are unaware that Trump is incompetent. They believe loudness can override any amount of confusion, ignorance, dishonesty, and lack of organization.
