Well I know nothing about Buffy except...
Willow, I've seen her before so I'll vote for her.
For the guys...hmmm no clue so I'll wait till it's really close and if there's a tie I'll break it in an inexplicable fashion.

Spike and Giles are tempting but I always thought the true (however flawed) male hero of Buffy was Xander so
