Mayhap it is.... I just bought a scanner off somebody at work last week, but they left the power cord at home. Hopefully they get it in later this week. If so then I can show you some pics of when I was a young geek. I'm supposed to be getting pics from the Tom Petty/Pearl Jam concert that I went to in July, but here it is November and I still don't have 'em.... I'm going back to Chicago this weekend so we'll see. I'd need a flicker account for my pics if I was as pretty as you, but until I get my chubby ass back in the gym there probably won't be too many new additions.
I do have a music MySpace page now. Just one song on it, (a Foo Fighters remake) but there should be more eventually. I already play it better than I did on Halloween when I recorded it, but I'm too lazy to update it now. Check it out... www.myspace.com/b49teen84

That was my plan, to have a Jayne costume this year. I even might go so far as to grow the goatee, though I hate hate hate hate hate having any hair on my upper lip. I want to do a Browncoat one as well, hopefully looking a bit like Monty.
And yes, she does very shiny work. She said she could make some smaller ones for the boys too. :)

Alright...I am not sure I have posted this before...this is a suit of armor...small plates stitched to a leather backing; similar to Roman Lorica Squamata. I was supposed to wear this at D*C, but that did nt happen...
One from a Ren Faire in Alabama several years ago...
And in sticking with the Roman armor theme, this is a suit of Lorica Segmentata I built about 8 years ago.
