Outside Destiny:
The two goons eye Mack as he begins to panic.
"He's in there. He did it!" Mack jitters
The two edge closer to him
"No. It's not my fault!"
Together, the two brush their coats aside - one with their left hand, the other with their right, as if it was a mirror image - revealing each of their weapons.
Slowly drawing them out, Mack steps back further and further until he finds his back against Destiny's raised ramp.
"Please" Mack begs, but the goons pull their guns out regardless.
Fish, the goon that appears to be in charge, is the one that takes action, pulling back the trigger and firing.
The shot hits the ship, directly above Mack's head.
Mack looks confused. Surely they didn't miss accidentally.
"You hear that?" Fish shouts to those inside the ship, "Either one of you comes out and does some explaining, or that won't be the only hole your ship gets"

I mean our..I mean YOUR ship!
They're shooting at Destiny!!!
Captain, I'm going to go take care of this. Nobody shoots at Destiny and gets away with it.
*Serenity heads upstairs, up a few ladders and out the latch near the top of the ship.*

Needy lowers his head. "The locals aren't too fond of me at the moment."
Soul sighs. "I just can't take you anywhere."
Needy hangs is head in shame, too afraid to speak up about why the locals may have taken a sudden disliking to the boy whore.

"Have you got an answer or not?" The captain asks definitively.
"I wouldn't advise you try it. But I'm not captain. I'm pretty sure of one thing though. If the ship is damaged any more, you can pretty much kiss the idea goodb..."
A gunshot interrupts Willie before she has the chance to finish
The crew remain still and silent, before Willie blurts "Maybe we should stay still for now"

Needy, I need to know who was with Fish...the big ugly guy that smelt of bloody scissors....why is he after the ship?

*Serenity mutters quietly to herself as she creeps along the top of Destiny . She makes her way to the cargo bay, where she can see 2 large men and one not so large man standing below.*
That's it? Can't believe I got out of bed today!
*She pulls out her mare's leg and takes aim, shooting one of the large men in the shoulder. She stands up, pulling out her two pistols and aiming them at the two remaining men.*
What do you think you're doing, shooting at my ship? You want a bullet in your head? Because I can do that if you'd like.
I suggest very strongly that you turn around and walk home now, because I am in a very bad mood and have no problems dropping all three of you right now.

Needy feels all eyes on him as he scrapes together an explanation.
"I think... I think, they just want something I took"
Soul looks down at him, as if he was the companion's parent, waiting for him to explain what he's done wrong and how he can punish him for it.
"What did you take?" Soul asks, folding his arms.
Needy scrunches his face as he decides whether or not to tell him.
"Just a souvenir"
"What did you take?!"
Needy reaches into his inside pocket and pulls out a plastic bag of what looks like sugar
"Sweet tooth?" Safe jokes
"What is that, drugs?" Safe asks dumbfounded.
"Not exactly." Needy replies, dropping his head
"What is it then?"
"K49" he admits, his eyes facing down
"The drug?"
"Yeah". He shoots a look up, "well, it's not a drug, not really. It's just a way to relax and take your mind off things"
"It's illegal"
"That's not my fault"
"So, let me get this straight" Soul butts in, interrupting Needy and Safe's back-and-forth, "you stole drugs from gun-toting drug dealers?"
"Apparently" Needy shrugs.
Willie had remained silent the whole time, but now she chose to speak. She knew these men. Fish was not one to be messed with, that was for sure, but the other goon - the ugly one - you wouldn't wish him on your worst enemy.

Sacrifice may not have been smart, but she couldn't risk her newfound friends putting their lives on the line. If anyone could make them see reason, it was Willie
Just then, another gunshot was heard. Only this didn't sound like it hit the ship.
The sound of Serenity's voice shouting at those outside identified the source of the blast.
Ai ya. This is gonna get nasty, and soon, Willie realises
Shooting at these folks isn't going to make them run, it's just going to make them more impatient. They won't stop till they get what they want.
