Working on it. Slooowwwllly.... I've been a little busier over on the 76th site with the writing thing. I'm going to pull in some old war buddies, and I wanted to get permission to do a little name dropping from likely candidates. I'm also working on a set of tall card cards. Then there's the sewing for near and dear. And moving (still).

Love is not love Which alters when it alteration finds, Or bends with the remover to remove. O no, it is an ever-fixed mark, That looks on tempests, and is never shaken; It is the star to evry wand'ring bark, Whose worth's unknown, although its height be taken. Love's not time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks Within his bending sickle's compass come; Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks, But bears it out even to the edge of doom. Sonnet 116 William Shakespeare

So now I'm showing my new boy Firefly. Slowly as he won't watch it without me. Ummm it's a bit unnearving that of all the people I've shown this wonders of the 'verse he's the only one not to immediatly fall in love with it. Can a Browncoat and a casual viewer be in a successfull relationship for long? ~~~~~~~~~ In other news I almost vomited here at work a few minutes ago :vomit: that can't be a good sign

So I finally got around to making another entry in the List Project. This time, I tackle the Top Ten Worst Comic-Book-Superhero movies. And no. Batman and Robin isn't the worst.

You know how when you order something, and then you find out it's going to be late, and you get really, really cross? I ordered the Firefly Companion Volume Two from Amazon UK, well in advance, only come the day it was supposed to be sent out, I got an email saying it wasn't ready - the publishers hadn't released it! So, being the nosy person I am, I thought I'd look at the US Amazon site, and low and behold, there it was. Ready for shipment. I ordered it there and then (last Monday) and it arrived today. Today! (Sorry, just doing my happy dance right now!) Why should this be the case? If Amazon in America has it, why not Amazon in the UK? And then the oddest part is that it actually came from the German Amazon ... I don't really care. I've got my book, and it is amazing. There are some photos I've never seen anywhere, and the interviews are ... trouble is, I may have to buy another copy anyway because of all the drool that's going to dampen this one ...

I'm having a problem with my laptop being slow to load or refusing to load pages. I have cable and this hasn't been a problem until recently. I didn't notice anything different until about 5 days ago after I downloaded the Joost beta ( since removed). Things I have done: clear history and cache numerous times a day disk clean up and defrag AVG Free Adware Away Ad Aware SE personal Crap Cleaner Spybot S&D Spyware Terminator uninstalled Joost The pages I have trouble with will load up to about 3/4 of the progress bar, then stall, either taking several minutes to load or not at all. Does anyone know of a good, free spyware or something that might help?
