The Iraqi parliament has voted to accept a deal on the future presence of US troops in the country.
The decision, praised by US President George Bush, means US troops will leave Iraqi streets by mid-2009 and will quit Iraq entirely by the end of 2011.
The agreement is the result of a year of negotiations with the US, with the Iraqis requesting several changes.

So will Pres-elect Obama allow this decision to stand, or unilaterally pull out US troops on his promised, more aggressive, schedule?

Quote:Barry's an empty suit but he's not a stupid empty suit. He and the Dems do'nt want to be the one's to lose the war, they'll pull back but have a U.S. military base there for years. Just like McCain said and they attacked him for it. Now that the election is over, Barry's whores in the press are going to start reporting "Good News" from Iraq.....because they're whores.
