Dark Shadows is pulling in over 300 votes a day down in the nominations area, and looks like it will displace Hercules before the end of the month. Cleopatra and Alias should be passed shortly after that, as shows that move out of the Nominations area usually increase their daily votes for a while.

Yup! Had a bad encounter with a Jolly Rancher candy; took the old filling out of a molar, a while back, which pretty much wrecked the integrity of the tooth, which had to go.

Went in, today, for a bone graft in the tooth socket, in preparation (once healed) for a titanium post implant, which bonds to living bone tissue. They'll literally screw it into my jaw. Then, after more healing, a molar crown will be attached permanently to the post.

Haven't posted for a while, but I've been voting near every day.

Well, I just had an oral pre-med (a Valium, essentially) to take the edge off, nitrous (which didn't seem to do all that much) and, novocaine, of which I am a true fan! No pain, at all! Had a little discomfort, later, after the novocaine wore off, handily dispatched by Naproxen Sodium OTC. I'm only the proud owner of some pre-owned bone mass in the tooth-socket; be a few months before it'll be ready to have titanium screwed into it.

And, Wytchcroft, it's nice to see you back; seemed like you were gone, a while. I hope you get over your crud!
