Well, I just had an oral pre-med (a Valium, essentially) to take the edge off, nitrous (which didn't seem to do all that much) and, novocaine, of which I am a true fan! No pain, at all! Had a little discomfort, later, after the novocaine wore off, handily dispatched by Naproxen Sodium OTC. I'm only the proud owner of some pre-owned bone mass in the tooth-socket; be a few months before it'll be ready to have titanium screwed into it.
And, Wytchcroft, it's nice to see you back; seemed like you were gone, a while. I hope you get over your crud!
