Beyond IMDb, I'm not sure what other research would be necessary, and they say 17. I suppose fan films might increase that number, but I'm not bothering to go looking for those.

This is nuts.
A count of everybody who played any version of a character name as imagined by every Tom Dick and Harry? Plus animation?

Nobody can seriously include comedy shorts as valid entries here.

1. JC in The Terminator (1984) - not listed in imdb and I don't recall his name. Actually, I'm likely thinking of Michael Edwards here, from T2 Prologue.
