Johnny Boner has given Obama his unconstitutional Actions on Illegal Immigrants.
This allows the illegals to vote and perpetuate the Democrat Party without any concern over future opposition - The GOP has ended as it's existed up til now, and will need to become Democrat-lite to win any future national elections.
America has no completely abandoned the Constitution, and likely cannot correct this track.

This is not in a void, so who will take over?
China?
Putin?
ISIS?

Tell me if you see the problem here: 12,000,000 people need deportation and the Immigration Court has a backlog of hundreds of thousands cases with wait times of hundreds of days. http://trac.syr.edu/phptools/immigration/court_backlog/

Will the GOP Congress do what needs to be done to deport those people? No.

It is much better for GOP election campaigns to complain about Democratic unconstitutionality than for GOP Congress to take action, but Congress could go a long way toward fixing the system by tripling the number of immigration judges with an investment of $500 million—which is less than 3 percent of the $18 billion spent annually on immigration enforcement. www.epi.org/publication/immigration-court-caseload-skyrocketing/

How much of America has Mexico recovered so far?

Good points on both counts.

My question is, of the 12 million, how many are from south of the border?
Just saying.

Oh, End of America!? Really!?
A transitional moment in history maybe, but end of this country.......I don't think so.

How many from Latin America? I only know the nationality of the aliens in court today.
http://trac.syr.edu/phptools/immigration/court_backlog/
Pending Cases for All Nationalities 431,468
Mexico 127,414
El Salvador 66,610
Honduras 56,273
Guatemala 51,587
China 26,985
Ecuador 11,670
India 10,306
Dominican Republic 4,157
Haiti 3,509
Colombia 2,904
Peru 2,873
Jamaica 2,802
Brazil 2,632
etc. etc.

I can see that the Immigration Court is not moving fast enough. Obviously, Congress could fix that problem by increasing the number of judges in the court. That is not happening with this Congress. Also Congress does not wish to clarify its motives for not taking action.

Yeah, I know about the immigration court backup, again Republicans thinking back assward, but it's basically to try and screw Obama out of his legacy.
They are more interested in making him look bad than in governing the country, but it's them that come out looking bad.

This latest fiasco with the Letter to Iran is a perfect example. Imagine undercutting the Office of the Presidency while you are trying to run for the office - as Jubal would say, "Does that seem right to you."

These retarded idiots are insulting the very office that they aspire to. You don't like the CEO of the company, so you write a letter to the CEO of the firm your boss is negotiating with to improve the company's bottom line. Negotiations would come to a grinding halt. You just bit your nose to spite your face - very bad idea, plus it's just not done.

Here's the thing, you can't fire Congress. But, Oh boy!, would I love to.

Yes, it does seem right when you look at what will happen next.

Undercutting the Whitehouse is unimportant. The Republicans must own the Presidency as soon as possible. Without it, Senator Marco Rubio and Mike Lee's tax plan cannot become law. Controlling the Presidency is worth trillions of dollars once those tax cuts arrive. Capital gains and dividend income, forms of income that accrue disproportionately to high earners, would not be taxed. –

Why aren’t Republicans proposing mass deportation? It’s too expensive.

The cost of deporting 5 million executive action beneficiaries is as follows:
Apprehension: $10.4 billion
Detention: $28.1 billion
Legal processing: $6.3 billion
Transportation: $5.54 billion

Total cost: $50.3 billion
Cost per person: $10,070

The cost could be spread over 5 years. Then it only costs $10 billion per year. A reasonable price to pay, but a price that Republicans are not willing to pay.

I think it was a response to G's comment to
Quote:

"Deport Congress

I should trademark that and make bumperstickers - make a fortune. I'd love to sneak up behind Boenner's limo and stick one on."

It is the usual disappointment by the subject class with America's ruling class.
