WOW…Vikings new season looks to be FANTASTIC!!

Looks like beautiful land for farming, but at what cost?
So glad it's back.
We're above freezing, but when cold rain falls on top of snow,
it makes this pebbly icy sheet that is no fun to walk on.
We DO have a backup genny, but it's up in the motorcycle storage
building to provide light. In a pinch we could wrestle it back up
to the house.

Had big, snow-eating winds yesterday; not a speck of the white stuff remains!
Of course, we are being warned of the NEXT storm set to arrive tonight/tomorrow.
This is one freaky-ass long February.

Glad you got rid of the snow finally Sister. Still on the ground here. We got a sleet / snow mix Saturday evening that made the roads messy, but not enough to close things down. Sunny and warmed up to high 30s yesterday which melted off a bit. Hopefully we can avoid any more for this season.
At least you have a genny. Hope you don't need it and are forced to muscle it back to the house.
Big Suck, but if we ignore it maybe it will just go away?

Cool here today. 16 last night, high of 27 today. 40% chance of a dusting for the next couple of hours, but I am hopeful it will miss us otherwise it will be an interesting ride home. :)

It wasn't bad. Cool, but any day in the saddle, right? Did get some snow on the ride home, but nothing so heavy as to be unsafe and no accumulation. Of course they were calling for 1-3 inches tonight, but now the forecast has changed to 5-8 inches. *sighs* Thought we were done with the white stuff this year, but I guess it will be whatever it will be.
Definitely the longest February ever.

…four to five inches of snow in TN.
Everything is shut down. Dogs enjoy
running through it…I HATE it and want it
GONE.
Luckily I got supplies yesterday so I
don't have to get out in the mess.

We got another 5-6 inches here, but luckily most of the snow from last week had melted away. Neighborhood and secondary streets were bad, but once I got the truck to the main road it was a fairly easy commute.
Like you Sister I am over snow and winter in general. While snow is pretty to look at, it is not so much fun to drive in and less fun to have to shovel from my sidewalk and driveway. Ready for Spring to get here. Hated leaving the bike in the garage today. *sighs*
Friday Eve! So ready for the weekend. This week has seemed so long.
