The 'Beef on Weck' (a Buffalo, NY sandwich) was the hit of our Super Bowl get together!!

Back from the sunny Caribbean. Other than a rainy day in Isla da Roatan Honduras, we had a fantastic trip! Sunny, warm, breezy with frolicking in the crystal clear waters, and some good works in Belize and Cozumel. The only thing better than a vacation is one where you spend half of it helping out those in need and seeing the difference you can make in a community that desperately needs help.
Good to be back, even if it cool and raining. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Glad you have some sun, even if it is cold. Rain broke late yesterday and it was dry enough this morning to ride, even if the temp did dip into the low 20s. Sunny and 40 degrees will make for a cool, pleasant ride home today.
