What I claimed was Ford was Nixon's Vice President.
Gerald Ford became Nixon's second Vice President after Agnew resigned in disgrace.
I see that my wording may be confusing, unless you are intentionally being obtuse in order to claim that Gerald Ford was Vice President while the alleged misdeeds occurred which Nixon was accused of in the charges or Articles.
Article I. 17 June, 1972. Vice President was Spiro Agnew.
Article II. Date not specified, but claims to happen between 1969 and mid 1973. Vice President was Spiro Agnew.
Article III. Pile on allegations relevant only if Article I is valid, otherwise information falls under Executive Privledge. Also based on the date of 17 June, 1972. Vice President was Spiro Agnew.
Congress approved Gerald Ford as Vice President on 27 November, 1973.
