CNN has gotten more like a tabloid looking for the next sensational story. They have slid a long way. It does suck now. Fox cable news is worse thought because it lies. It is nothing more than a propaganda machine for the far right and the one percent. I stopped watching years ago because I saw it first hand over and over again. They are no different than Bagdad Bob for those of you who remember him.

My link has everything to do with the part of the topic I am addressing. Go back to what I have contributed to the conversation. There are only three things I have commented on. CNN as a whole, Fox cable news as a whole and your perceptions of what the truth is on there reporting.

After you remove CNN because we agree about that program sucking, you are left with only Fox news and your perceptions that I speak of. Look at what I have said on that and you will see I slandered no one. To slander means to lie about something or someone. In this response to you I mention Joe Kline for the first time so there is no slander there. What I have said is Fox lies and keeps people misinformed through misdirection. It is only slander if that is untrue. It is not. I like an honest discussion between people with different views on things. Sometimes I find out I am wrong. That is not what Fox is about. What they are doing is saying hey look over hear and listen to our lies, while the people who pull their strings push there own agenda. An agenda that severs only a few and usually hurts the masses.

In looking at your other posts on Global Warming. I see you don't have a clue. This doesn't mean you are a bad person, just Fox news misinformed.

You see I believe since you can name all the players on a particular channel, From when they take to the air in the morning to when they take to the air the next morning, that you are very familiar with the franchise. You know, from watching it. That is a great gift you have to be able to do that while not watching the programing.

Yeah, I know the line up. What of it ? I never said I DIDN'T watch, EVER. I just said I rarely do. Unlike Mr. Klein, who sounds like he makes it part of his daily routine, I only catch it once in a while.

Hey, I grew up in Atlanta, the home of CNN. I use to be, for many many years, a true news junkie. Read the paper, watched the news, listened on the radio... I couldn't get enough information.

I still do have an interest, but I'm no where near as addicted to what's being shoveled out to us as I use to be.

Not only are you wrong in my usage, you're reading WAY too much into my EXAMPLE. Because that's all it was. I was comparing religion, religious belief with AGW.

You see, I am NOT a 'believer', in any super natural deity. Not God™, not Allah, not Zeus or even Ra. ( Well, Poseiden is real, but it's not like I worship him all that much anyways.

Point is, I'm an Atheist. Capital A. So, before you go off and wrongly assume ( again ) that I'm some sort of religious nut job, and don't buy into that scientific stuff, because it ain't in the Bible, guess again.

Thing is, the only religion I ascribed for you is possibly your belief in AGW. Some view it as a religion, while others simply view it as science. If you're the latter, then so be it.

Hey, I grew up in Atlanta, the home of CNN. I use to be, for many many years, a true news junkie. Read the paper, watched the news, listened on the radio... I couldn't get enough information.

I still do have an interest, but I'm no where near as addicted to what's being shoveled out to us as I use to be.

Thing is, the only religion I ascribed for you is possibly your belief in AGW. Some view it as a religion, while others simply view it as science. If you're the latter, then so be it.

Wow, you didn't read what I posted at all or just a selected sentence or two. That is the only way you could have taken so much of what I said out of context. If you believe something that is proven to be false, then you conclude it is true and has happened. When we note a known falsehood as a lie, you think that means we believe in it, because you cannot believe in happenings in the real world, or that we "perceive" a truth to be a truth, which you refuse to investigate or believe.
