sorry i came off so horribly towards you tx folks. it was a bad day for me. I'm just not particularly fond of the place. Been there loads of times. Maybe it's the family that lives there? Can't gaurantee I'd get time off to visit a shindig out of state, but I'd love to try. Even if it's in TX.

My hope is that we have enough Browncoats in the woodwork up here in OK to do our own thing. But if not we could hook up with the TX group. And perhaps on occasion we could join up both groups. I'm curious to meet the Plano group because I have friends in Dallas I want to shanghi(sp) into the meetup & I know they would have a great time as well.

Well, if we're going to be doing it in Oklahoma, one cool place to look could be Guthrie. While it's kind of out of the way, it's still got that great frontier downtown, with enough of a town around it to support having a number of people flock there all at once.
