Those items should never have been listed as predictions, since they were in the category of well-known occurrences. So please move those items from the "predictions" category to the "been there, done that" list, if there is such a thing.

White House will "revise" Obamacare enrollment figures downward to admit that 7.1 million was pure fabrication, like the employment figures.

It depends on the nature of the prediction. Specific predictions like 'Romney will be elected' and 'Obamacare will be ruled unconstitutional' can be easily classed as wrong.
