Hi all! I'm not that new, really, I joined back in 2008.... but I had a lot of challenges shortly after, and went into kind of a tailspin and had to give up some pleasures, like Fandoms and spending time on ze internets, not doing much....
Life has recently attained a kind of balance, and with balance has come longing for the Browncoat community and the joys and pains of the 'Verse. So I'm back! I have to say, I'm really glad this site is still up and active. A lot of places that I used to spend time on are down or haven't been updated in years....
I've been exploring the fan fiction here, with delight. I used to avoid it, but I've recently realized that fan fiction, written by other people in love with this show and it's universe, is really the closest we're all going to get to new episodes... isn't it? That and a few comic books.
So here I am!

Welcome back! I've heard that tale more times than I care to remember...there's a great many people who just scraped by in the last 10-15 years... I wish everyone could find that balance, alas I don't think everyone is capable of it. Congratulations on finding yours!
