The EPA and NIST are shut down.
We're working on a method which may eventually be applied nationally. It's a major advance over another method which has been used for 40 years. We're discussing it with industry and "other stakeholders" and we need to get approval from the EPA before we make some pretty major revsions.
Also, the NIST has our Protocol 1 Certification Cylinders, which we need to check our own calibration standards.

Incidentally, I DID use to 'argue' with YEC, years and years ago. I found them every bit as set in their belief system as AGW folks of today. Stubborn and immune to evidence. REAL evidence, not computer models, which seemingly have to be revised over and over...
