Im thinking they're building to the Infinity Gauntlet story for Avengers 3. That involves the scientific, cosmic and magical corners of the Marvel universe (with Doctor Strange covering the magical portion of phase 3). The storyline also offers opportunity for them to kill off some of the bog names in an epic way, or even use the reality warping properties to cover some re-casting post Av3.

I haven't seen her act in anything. So, I don't really have anything to go on. Not the prettiest actress around, but she's cute enough. That's about all I got. I'm sure Joss knows what he's doing.

Why, because of her relatives? She's a pretty highly acclaimed actress, doing mainly indie drama (with some horror to pay the bills, no doubt), not the teeny bop crap her sisters did.

Well, after listening to the voice...I got why. She's a little pretty thing, but she has an inordinately commanding voice for her stature.
