Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! We had a cookout last night with steaks and good stuff from my garden. I wish I had the funds to get to D*C this year...but replacing the whole house HVAC ate into the savings big-time! Have a wonderful Saturday, all!

Thank you, universe...we got a small break; with rain. Still, it's Big Suck, but I don't have to water the garden today.

We got rain here last night. Lots of thunder, but not much else. Still, the rain did break the heat a bit and there is a 40% chance of thunderstorms this afternoon. Hopefully they hold off until I get home since I rode today.

I hope you had a dry ride home! We've got some thunder this morning, but the heat is building again. All the stuff in my garden is growing (including the weeds)...but we've gotten some good tomatoes and green beans so I can't complain too much. Hump Day Eve!

Friday, and an entire keg of Kilkenny Irish Cream Ale is in my kitchen...what to do, what to do...heh.

We had a great evening with friends...lots of Kilkenny beer; one even ended up spending the night! Hope all are enjoying a good weekend! I finally finished mulching, too..six hundred 2 cubic foot bags...won't be doing that again for a few years, hopefully!
