It's a great addition to the growing materials used by fans everywhere.

Some of my post are via crackberry, so are brief.

Yellow Sun (Georgia system) and Red sun share the same orbital distance, at 68 Au I think.
Kalidasa is farther out, at 121 Au if memory serves. Kalidasa's Obital distance from White Sun is also shared by the Comm Satellite ring, if I recall correctly, meaning that there are 11 Comm Satellites, and Mr. Universe's is among them, 5th from Kalidasa in CW direction (one short of opposite Kalidasa). I think yours had 15 comm Stations, so the positions wouldn't fit the same (assuming I counted correctly).
Blue Sun is farthest out, at approx 180 Au, Not sure of the exact figure right now.

The protostar in Red Sun system I mentioned was something like Himinijborg or something akin to that (don't have my reference materials with me, and didn't find my database lately either). It is shown in the Map of the Verse to have an orbital plane at an angle from the plane of the rest of Red Sun system.

Regarding which version to use, I'm not sure if you read the threads I referenced, it may take a while to go through all of them and understand all the interwoven issues. I mentioned that Map of the Verse is canon, but both that and the Verse in Numbers do not fit with the laws of astrodynamics.
The solution I presented was to show/explain/calculate both reality and canon, which I referred to as Science numbers and Fiction numbers. This way, any Fic writers who are reading and using the data I produced or provided, investigated, may themselves choose which set of data they wish to use, and the underlying reasons the numbers are different, to help them make a more informed decision. I am told that fic writers do use the numbers and travel/navigation data which I posted, and some prefer one set of numbers, and others prefer the other. To each their own, but I saw no reason to foist my preference upon them needlessly.

My suggestion, since you have already made both, is to allow both to be used, explaining what the differences are and why (you might just reference a specific discussion or thread which already hashed out the details) and therby allow the user/reader to utilize whichever one they prefer.
There are different versions of the sequence of episodes, different versions of the fiction/science of astrodynamics, different versions of the overall timeline of Firefly/Serenity, and more. I let the fic writers choose which versions suit them best.

Hope that makes sense.
Just because I might think Beaumonde should be in Blue Sun instead of kalidasa does not mean it is correct. And only Joss can make it canon by specifying it at some point, which seems less and less likely.

If you have questions about the concepts in the threads I mentioned, I'll try to answer.

There is an Animated Map of the 'Verse by Koen Hendrix at www.koenhendrix.com/samples/solar/
I was made aware of this map by Firefly-Signal http://firefly-signal.livejournal.com/359229.html
A view of the map with Beaumonde prominently displayed:

The Joss Whedon script for "Serenity", where Wash lives, is

That seems to be perspective from Kalidasa but Haven, Bernadette, Shadow, Hera seem off if the Official MotV is correct.
Making Haven so close to Beaumonde might resolve part of the BDM travel but Lilac to Beaumonde is sttill there and Mr Universe too.
MotV has Haven in Blue Sun, opposite side of the verse from Beaumonde in Kalidasa.

Things are a bit slow; I only visit sporadically, myself.
I tend to spend more time at www.fireflyprops.net where a
medic patch project is the current focus:
