*sighs* I almost feel like we should have a "Those left behind" thread for everyone who can't go to D*C. I'm sad I have to spend the weekend doing stupid homework instead of overstimulating the geek center of my brain.
What reason had proved best ceased to look absurd to the eye, which shows how idle it is to think anything ridiculous except what is wrong.

I'd say that studying instead of having way more fun than is good for you would tip you into the realm of "ubergeeking out", technically.
I say this mostly to make myself feel better about doing the same thing you are, but with family visiting from out of town added into the mix so I get a little break.

Rose- I hate to be the voice of evil ( no wait I don't hate that at all) but they don't really give a flying ****bleep*** what you spend it on so long as you pay it back. I know people who used it for living expenses, paid off car loans, etc. So long as you pay your tuition and re-pay your loan you're pretty much good to go:) To love someone is to see a miracle invisible to others.

Okay, yeah, but 1) living and transportation expenses are contractually acceptable ways to spend educational grants and loans, and 2) living on educational grants and loans means I don't really have the money to spare unless I don't actually take classes
