I've just got to say how proud I am that today the whole world will be watching what we do best......Pomp and Ceremony in it's full regalia.
It's the Brits showing the world what our history and tradition means to us and we put it on show for the world to ogle at.
Congrats to Prince William and Princess Katherine for theirs and our special day.

I was reading about Will and Kate, and they seemed like the sort of progressives that you would never be able to elect in a democracy. Of course there's a class panic over the whole commoner thing, but they're keeping mum about it because they know who rules.

I suspect the Queen will abdicate at some point. Consider that she inherited a throne that ruled an empire, and now she holds a chair that doesn't even rule one state of Britain. I suppose she should pass it on while there's still a Britain.
