Yes, as far as I am aware I'll get better but it is going to take time, there are times where I feel bright and back to my self, was listening to a podcast on imaginary numbers this morning and it was making sense but then by lunch time, after a fairly successful morning of work, brain had melted and dribbled out of right ear.

Pineapple Juice, Coconut Cream, and Orange Juice is always 4:1:1 ratio.
Plus 2 oz Rum.
Or a higher ratio for those who like it stronger.

Mmmmm.... I have had these, they are tasty. My friend hit it with a little grated nutmeg on the top.
