Depends on what you mean by "fair" tax.
Capital gains taxed as income? Sure.

Could be that the chart was made before the final numbers were in for 2009. Seems to me I've seen that chart around here for quite a while. If that's the case, obviously they couldn't include the numbers for 2010 either.
But yes, it SHOULD include the spending for 2009 and 2010, where the debt bars are a little longer than for Bush's fiscal 2008 budget.

Y'know, I *COULD* point out that Democrats have traditionally paid down the debt and cut deficits, as I've shown, and that "they can pick up the baton again". Of course, YOU could have pointed that out, too, since you're so willing to give the Republicans a chance to try again, even given their abysmal record in the past.
