The thing I still haven't heard any of our right wing friends explain: we've had these tax cuts for the rich for many years now, and the economy is trashed, and there are no new jobs. So how does keeping these cuts suddenly do the exact opposite, and create new jobs?
It's like these idgets made us all stick our fingers in an electrical socket, and while we're all twitching on the floor they try to tell us that keeping our fingers in that socket will make the convulsions stop. Are we really that stupid? (OK, clearly the Rapster™ is.)

Yes, he clearly IS that stupid. And it's not just that he wants us to keep our collective finger in the socket - he wants us to up the voltage!
