Obama wasn't elected by "the majority of Americans". He was elected by the majority of people who voted in the 2008 election. That WASN'T the majority of Americans. Fewer than 130,000,000 voted, and Obama won by around 10,000,000.

Would you protest a church near the site of the former Murrah Federal Building? (And why didn't you?)

Once again, it's a community center with a prayer room within it, not a mosque.

They've had an actual mosque right there for 30 years.

It was approved and none of you cared (INCLUDING those on Fox News and others) until a whacko made an issue out of it.

They have the right to build it on land they purchased, just as everyone else does.

Incorrect in all statements. The Muslims have had a mosque near Ground Zero for 30+ years, they are REPLACING the structure with a new community center which happens to have a room for prayer. No "mosque", no minarets, no outside sign that anyone prays there. There, as well, there is no "new" mosque; they want to build a community center with one room devoted to prayer, exactly like the room in the Pentagon where they can pray.

Where was YOURS when Bush did away with privacy rights, legal rights and Geneva Convention rights? Nothing the Obama administration has done in any way goes against the Constitution; Bush did many things which were both illegal and unconstitutional. Where were your vociferous complaints then?
