Zoobilee Zoo and G.I. Joe in the mid-late 80's. Batman:TAS, the original Power Rangers, and Reboot were the most memorable in the '90's, and of course, Dark Angel and Firefly.

oh I knew I was forgetting a big one..yeah..voyage to the bottom of the TV ratings...you know..that was the hardest part for me...when all these shows, voyage, batman, especially Lost in Space first came to us...their trailers promised serious sci-fi and we were so excited at the prospect..in fact the pilot of Lost made an effort to be serious...but soon it all turned to bogusly silly..annoying..and then...came death by vegitable and if I could ever get my hands on the lost in space producers who thought that episode needed to be made...we were also turning the era of color TV..exciting times..now it's been actors playing in front of CG green screens....the finished product world of cool stuff is great..acting..eh...not so much...which wraps us back around to firefly where Joss made the investment in a whole freakin ship!..how could that not impact, for the better, the actor's performance

Planet of the Apes tv series from 1974. Actually I didn't watch it until a local station put it in an "ape week" format. Two episodes blocked together, and given a new name(Return to the Planet of the APes, Greed and Treachery on the planet of the Apes..etc.) in 1980. I was hooked then, and count the complete series(14 episodes) on of my prized possessions on dvd. I think I love it more now than I did back then. Pure escapist tv.
Other than that I have more fond memories of tv shows I watched as a kid:
-Grizzly Adams/The Muppet Show Saturday Nights NBC
-The Love Boat/Fantasy Island 9-11 Saturday nights on ABC.
-Saturday Night Live(I had older sisters that watched this so I stayed up late and watched with them) SO I caught it in all its 70's glory.
-Buck Rogers Thursday nights 9-10
on NBC.
-In Search of with Leonard Nimoy(damn I wish this were on dvd).
-The kicks ass Tuesday night line up on ABC circa late 70's early 80's. Happy Days/Laverne & Shirley/Three's Company.
-Kung Fu(watched in reruns in the early 80's).
-Star Trek TNG late 80s'. I credit this show with getting me hooked on the star trek verse. I love it.
After School fare:
Giligans Island, The Brady Bunch...etc.
And The ABC Sunday Night Movie was tops(My family didn't get a VCR until 1986 so I relied on network tv for my movie going experiences):
Oh I also forgot to add my favorite Line up of all time:
The Incredible Hulk 8-9, and The Dukes of Hazard 9-10 on CBS Friday nights. Thankfully I now own both complete series on dvd.

First one I can remember tuning into religiously was: The Six Million Dollar Man. I was about 4 or 5 at the time and living in Paraguay. It was one of the few shows worth seeing during the 70's in a South American dictatorship country! There's a comedy in their somehwere - must look into that....
There were also re-runs of The Persuaders. Used to love that show!
Later when we returned to England it was Buck Rogers and The Fall Guy (personal favourite)
And I'll just add the Flash Gordon serials from the 30's and King of the Rocket Men. Those were aired early in the moring and I'd watch them before going off to school...
Dang.... Now I'm all nostalgic.
