I suppose the ozone treaty (The Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer signed 1987), not to say any and all international trade agreements are also POSSIBLY illegal ? Hmmmmm ... or maybe it was illegal when the US joined the UN in 1945 ...

Not to be pedantic or anything but ... is that counting today ? Is that counting the day we get nuked ? If it IS counting today but not the day we get nuked, then it's December 29, 2009, the day before New Year's Eve. Or it could be New Year's Eve. Or New Year's Day.

You see, I'm not sure if it will make a big difference in my vital pocorn questions, but I'd like to get it right, just in case.
