Mike, maybe this is just another attempt to change the subject. It could be that you just fail to comprehend what other folk write. Or it is possible that you are so caught up in your world of snark that you just don't care. In either case, it would once again be time for me to ignore such juvenile word games and just respond to those who actually want to stay on topic.

Yes, see the pot call the kettle black, indeed. Seems you love accusing others of sophistry when you utterly fail to comprehend the words they write. And when someone calls you on your usual line of bullshit, you try to hide behind "what I wrote was...", which is pure sophistry, which you LOVE to accuse others of.
It's funny how seldom you play by the rules you want to hold others to. One might get the impression that you're a hypocrite.
Or do you think you actually DO comprehend the words that others write, and you NEVER read into them what those people "really mean"? Because I've seen you do it, repeatedly, to myself, to Rue, to SignyM, and to others.

But that's the thing. You're looking at stuff that's been filtered to match your preconceptions.
Suppose you didn't know anything about the Beatles, and someone you knew was involved in Women's rights posted the lyrics to "Run For Your Life" and ranted about this misogynistic band that promoted violence against women? "Well I'd rather see you dead, little girl, than to be with another man". "Let this be a sermon. I mean everything I've said. Baby, I'm determined, and I'd rather see you dead". "Catch you with another man, that's the end".
With just that information, what would you think of the Beatles?

no, it's not. You can rule a death a homocide without knowing the killer.
Same logic applies. I recognize the mode of action, doesn't mean I know who did it. My why is a speculation. But the same is true of a homocide. Easy to speculate someone killed Anna Nicole for money, long before you know who.

I must point out here that 'homicide' means 'A human being was killed by a human being.' So, a homicide can be ruled as suicide....
