Summer!
Summer has a more natural beauty (cuteness) and grace about her, oh that grace... She is so sweet looking and then pop - un-corks that can of whoop-ass. Summer's bar fight scene in Serenity is my favorite fight sequence of all time.
Eliza has an edgier quality about her and less acting skill IMO. Not nearly as graceful and convincing of a fighter. She's pretty darn hot in some outfits though...

Summer definitely and I agree about her having more of a natural beauty to her.
I actually think the rehearsal session for the fight sequence is better than the actual fight. You actually see her doing all the moves but without the editing and fancy camera angles. I mean we all know she did the fight stunts ('cept the flip) but to see her really doing the moves is poetry in motion.
