I'm not saying he SHOULD be in jail, but if he's writing his appeal to "the jew judge", I'm betting it's not going to go like he hopes it's going to go, and he might find himself in "the jew jail".

The haters may get their wish.

In the 75 pages of court docs I filed this week, I mispelled the kosher judge's name -- Liebowitz instead of Leibowitz.

That's what happens with no proof reader or law office staff, no judicial website listing the judges' names, and no being served court orders with the judge's name.

So I'm fighting arrest for alleged contempt, by mispelling the judge's name. FRAK.

But that's how it SHOULD be spelled. Freudian slip.

But since she never reads the court file, she'll hopefully never notice. My docs only cover my ass, since I was banned from testifying in court under threat of arrest, and establish the record for my appeal. I'll also use it as exhibits for my judicial complaint against the judge for disbarment, and for criminal charges against the judge (which Mr Clark's family is very excited about, after his stroke). It's not expected to change the judge's mind to ban me from videotaping in court. That decision was made by her handlers in secret meetings, as proven by the transcripts and tapes.

I wonder if there's any caselaw on jailed for contempt for mispelling a judge's name? (kicks self)

I did learn one important lesson this week. Lawyers often mail duplicate "courtesy copies" to the judge of all docs filed with the court clerk, with a cover letter to the judge. It's mandatory to send a CC to all other parties, to avoid ex parte communications with the judge. Judges are supposed to publicly tell lawyers and pro se's when this is a local rule or "chamber rule" for a particular judge, but there are no Local Rules for Knox County Criminal Court, only Secret Local Rules. So it appears I found another of their illegal secrets. This bypasses judicial scams of ignoring all evidence from pro se litigants, as this judge has done in my case.

Kinda hard to feel sorry for you, since you usually spell it "LIEbowitz" anyway. And it's hard to believe that it was a "Freudian slip", too. You spelled it that way on purpose, trying to be cute, and now you're worried that you'll get called on your BS.

"I after E except for C" is proper English grammer. Her name is a foreign name. Not my fault.

Plus no court website listing judges names. And the judge's refusal to send me secret court orders about me.

Judge will probably never read any of my docs, as usual.

Omigawd, it's a female judge as well. We may never see PN again!

Somehow the vision of him trying to explain ANYTHING to a judge just makes me giggle...I'd almost love to hear it...almost.

But my curiosity brought me here, as I thought this thread was long dead. Hopefully it will be again soon...I agree, PN seriously needs help, doesn't realize it, never will get any, and really only needs to be ignored. Just the time to read one of his posts is time wasted in life, so I never bother...
