Why?
He and I don't see eye to eye about... well, about ANYTHING, but I still wouldn't be happy to see him in jail.

Jail might a bit much. Maybe some sort of 'home' would be more accomodating. A place secluded in a wooded area, with high walls and lots of nice people in white jackets.

I think PN is more likely to arrest one of you than get arrested. He's probably a Federal Agent using his conspiracies to find nut jobs planing violence. The FBI has already infiltrated the KKK and militia groups to the point that they've become sympathetic to them. The only real potential domestic terrorists are now environmental activists and crazy individuals.
