Shoulder still a bit sore. Brain still a bit sleepy. Day going slowly.
How are the rest of the ponderers?

Yep and I didn't even play any last night.
I should have some time to play tonight though. Yay frisbee golf.

Go down the street a bit to the Great Escape... Spent two days at the waterpark there... coolness (Especially if it's hot out)
The rest of the amusement park is pretty good too.

So, I think bowling is the culprit. They have this game where they put up obstacles in the lane and you have to try to curve the ball around them. When I was playing that I was like "ow ow ow". So, I only played a couple of games of that. At least now I know what to avoid.

I was watching whatever morning show they have on NBC the other day and one of the hosts visited a butcher in NY. I laughed my ass of watching him try to cut flank steaks. I thought his wrist was going to snap like a twig.
So what are some of the things we don't normally do that make us regret it later?
Mine was an 1/8 mile crawl across a field last year. F situps. Try crawling 1300 feet.

hmmm something I regretted after... showing up to an elementary today. I was supposed to be training a teacher, but the pre kindergarten teacher had an error in sub arrangements so I spent the morning corralling 12 3 and 4 year olds... which would normally be ok, but at nearly 7 months pregnant... owie owie.

Here's a ponder for you all- what do you think of astrology? Serious, live you life by it? Amusing to see what it says? Utter contempt?
