Perfume. It makes me sick to my stomach and gives me a migraine.

ooooH all good fears and loathes. I also hate feet... not all feet just the too white and perfect looking ones. I have a deep distrust of any adult with perfect white feet, with toes that have never been broken. I also distrust adults with small perky/perfect noses. there's something not quite right about them...I only trust people with obvious surface flaws, I feel they've lived a life and have nothing to hide. as for crowds, carry a closed umbrella, you can use it as a barrier if people get too close. I find carrying it upside down (Handle closest to the ground) as if I'm about to wield it tends to keep people back a metre or so.Giving people furtive crazed looks at regular intervals and muttering to yourself while pointing at nothing helps too...this has the added bonus of creating entertainment value when I'm bored people's reactions to things are priceless. I hate people who stand too close to me when I'm waiting in a queue. I always ask them to move back politely and if that doesn't work I will explain to them slowly and patronizingly that they will not get served any faster if they are invading my personal space.

Ugh! perfume. I don't mind natural aromatherapy based fragrances etc, but I'm with you on the perfume thing. I'm in a class of 60 for my speech path degree, only 2 of them are men and most of the rest are women aged 19-25. I sit at the front and gag most days from all of the designer wince-aromas wafting down from around the room. What's the point of it? apparently it makes people feel good to smell nice. I get that, but most perfumes smell terrible especially the designer ones. I have it on good authority (i.e. the kids at work)that I always smell nice like dessert. What's my secret? soap, water and moisturiser. (I favour honey, citrus, cinnamon, fig and cocoa butter products)

Bury it in cheesey white sauce, and try not to look at it as you move it towards your mouth. also chew and swallow it fast, it alleviates the erkiness
