She seemed like herself again this morning. So, that was good. This visit was only $30 which is nice for a 9pm vet visit. I was guessing it would be more like $75 minimum.

Wow you have a very reasonable vet. A 9pm visit would have cost me about $150....

They stay open 24 hours for emergency care. That's part of the reason I like that vet. Kaylee had a bad reaction to her first vaccination shot and she was running a fever. They pumped her up with fluids (seems to be the cure all) and broke the fever at 11pm and she was good as new.
It's a nice bonus for a time like last night cause they can just pull up her file and see that she's already on fluids and her kidneys infected before. The vet said he double and triple checked them but she didn't see to be in any pain. They get a gold star in my book.
