They were totally made for each other! Her moves reflect his and vice versa! She is his own personal heroin!! Even Rosalie warms up to her eventually, it may be for the wrong reasons but still!

Jacob just got way too clingy and desperate. Edward was way more tolerant then he was about their friendship too.

TEAM EDWARD 4 EVA!

What he said.

I used to bash it too. Then I sat down and read it, and really like it.

How can you go wrong with emo whiny pretty vampires?

Well, I have actually read the things (yes, all four) because a friend made me (I got back at her though.. ), so I have every right to bash the damn series!

I don't think the twilight books are all that bad. They aren't great literature, but if you expect fluff written for angst-ridden teeny-boppers, then you'll do fine.

I found twilight before it got popular and greatly enjoyed it, but I think that if I found it with all the hype going on that I would have been disappointed, simply because of all the hype. The obsession that goes on with the series is completely insane...but then again some people would say the same about our love for a show that didn't even get a full season before getting canceled several years ago, so I'm not sure I'm qualified to criticize. Even so, the sheer number of people obsessed with the series is amazing. Forks, which is a real town, has been flooded with people visiting, wanting to see the sights that were in the book (and considering that the author never even visited the town before writing the books, it's amazing that there are any correlations at all), as well as viewing "Bella's house" and such. The town has actually appointed some of the houses as being the official homes of some of the characters, simply because the tourism is giving a lift to the local economy. There are local people that apparently have stories about their library card or something being stolen by what they term as "twilighters" simply because it's an actual item from Forks. Add in all the girls infatuated with the fictional characters, which IMO is an indicator of some sort of mental problem since they can't distinguish reality from fantasy, and you have a picture of ridiculousness. Without all of that, the books aren't too bad as long as you aren't looking for classic literature.

As for the person that liked the third movie of harry potter...there are no words that can describe how incredulous I am. You obviously didn't read the book because that movie was the worst of the lot. The only explanation that would adequately explain such total crap is that the script was written by somebody who read a synopsis of the book which was written by someone who read a synopsis of the book which was written by someone that read a synopsis of the book that was written by someone whose child read the book and told the parent about it.

...ending rant now

See this is why no one should read. Look at all the chaos it causes. Burn all the books!

So, the kitty was acting weird last night. Her blood work still isn't great. So, I'm still giving her fluids every other day. Last night was a fluids night. She seemed to do fine just like always but like 3 hours afterward she was shivering/shaking a little and was not herself. First I called the vet and they said they'd call back, like 3 minutes of waiting and I just called back and said "I'm bringing her in". The funny part is with all these vet visits I got a lab tech who knew Kaylee and was like "she really isn't herself is she?". She was hissing when people tried to pet her and normally she loves being petted. Unfortunately/fortunately they couldn't find anything wrong with her vitals and the vet said she wasn't showing any pain when he examined her. So, they just said to keep an eye on her and sent me home. Around 4am I woke up and she was back to normal...pounced right up on the bed and wanted to be petted. I obliged for a bit before going "ok back to sleep".

There's my way too long kitty story for the day.

HUGS ok I love you dearly Avery but I was significantly less than impressed by Twilight. I read the first one because I adore my sis in law and she loved it. It wasn't the worst book I've ever read, but I just really didn't enjoy it. Sorry

Oh Zeek poor little Kaylee... I hope she's doing better today. Your vet bills must be epic. HUGS I'll be sending my best thougths for you. Hopefully it was just the fluids made her feel icky.
