Stupid husband's stupid computer melted, so he got to get a new one. was supposed to be MY Turn for the new one, for the upgrade...
oh well, now he has to spend ALL night downloading all the updates for WoW and CoX lol. Will be HOURS before he can play :P
and I liked it, Linc, good post :P Made Shade feel all.. well, I'd say Manly, but that doesn't fit.

it's acted wierd since he had to have it fixed the last time (when he dropped the CPU and bent some of the pins, and it wouldn't work anymore).
He used to have trouble turning it on - had to turn off the power switch on the power supply, then turn it back on, then turn on and boot up the PC. Plus, his video card was super noisy, and ran super, super hot.
I think mainly the video card was what was wrong, but with that wierd power supply thing, it seemed best to just buy a new one, and have him start fresh, than buy a video card, cross our fingers, and maybe have to buy him a new one ANYWAY in a week when it died again.
So, he has a new one. And it works really nice.
And I'M NEXT. lol... not that I want my baby to die. I might be upgrading her ram, from 2 to 4, with the ram chips from his computer. Mine has always been a Frankenstein's Monster, made up from the parts of other dead PCs. It's like, tradition.

As an Eve fanatic, I have some pretty harsh stereotypes when it comes to WoW players. Especially when it comes to the average IQ of the players in it.

Oh and I'll be on very little tomorrow. Going to Jazz fest in the afternoon(It's a huge thing here). I'll be there through midnight almost so don't expect me on late. Going shopping for groceries, CDs and a certain sort of miniature I'm addicted too at the moment in the AM so none then either. Sunday, I promise. I've also got a ton of good books to read(E.E. Knight's VE series.. read it.)

This *probably* needs to be said again, because this is the first incident of it. For those who don't know, check the IC thread for my post regarding hireing Mei.
I'm *not* kicking Mei out of the RP, if I was, I'd have said so first. One of the guide lines was about seizing an opportunity. This is pretty much the first one. I wont point them out so bluntly from now on, but it seems a little unfair if I didn't this time. How Mei handles this situation will influence how the captain will treat her in the future.
If that didn't make sense, just say so =P
