President Obama’s top science and technology advisor John P. Holdren co-authored a 1977 book in which he advocated the formation of a “planetary regime” that would use a “global police force” to enforce totalitarian measures of population control, including forced abortions, mass sterilization programs conducted via the food and water supply, as well as mandatory bodily implants that would prevent couples from having children.

The concepts outlined in Holdren’s 1977 book Ecoscience, which he co-authored with close colleagues Paul Ehrlich and Anne Ehrlich, were so shocking that a February 2009 Front Page Magazine story on the subject was largely dismissed as being outlandish because people couldn’t bring themselves to believe that it could be true.

It was only when another Internet blog obtained the book and posted screenshots that the awful truth about what Holdren had actually committed to paper actually began to sink in.

This issue is more prescient than ever because Holdren and his colleagues are now at the forefront of efforts to combat “climate change” through similarly insane programs focused around geoengineering the planet. As we reported in April, Holdren recently advocated “Large-scale geoengineering projects designed to cool the Earth,” such as “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays,” which many have pointed out is already occurring via chemtrails.

Ecoscience discusses a number of ways in which the global population could be reduced to combat what the authors see as mankind’s greatest threat – overpopulation. In each case, the proposals are couched in sober academic rhetoric, but the horrifying foundation of what Holdren and his co-authors are advocating is clear. These proposals include;

- Forcibly and unknowingly sterilizing the entire population by adding infertility drugs to the nation’s water and food supply.

- Legalizing “compulsory abortions,” ie forced abortions carried out against the will of the pregnant women, as is common place in Communist China where women who have already had one child and refuse to abort the second are kidnapped off the street by the authorities before a procedure is carried out to forcibly abort the baby.

- Babies who are born out of wedlock or to teenage mothers to be forcibly taken away from their mother by the government and put up for adoption. Another proposed measure would force single mothers to demonstrate to the government that they can care for the child, effectively introducing licensing to have children.

- Implementing a system of “involuntary birth control,” where both men and women would be mandated to have an infertility device implanted into their body at puberty and only have it removed temporarily if they received permission from the government to have a baby.

- Permanently sterilizing people who the authorities deem have already had too many children or who have contributed to “general social deterioration”.

- Formally passing a law that criminalizes having more than two children, similar to the one child policy in Communist China.

- This would all be overseen by a transnational and centralized “planetary regime” that would utilize a “global police force” to enforce the measures outlined above. The “planetary regime” would also have the power to determine population levels for every country in the world.

Er, PN... you're crazy. There's a vast difference between recognizing that overpopulation is a problem, and wanting forced sterilization through water supply (which BTW is technically impossible.)

Dude. All I get out of the actual quote of the book is 1) IF the population problem became "severe" enough to endanger society, involuntary measures could be sustained by the constitution, and 2) sterilising people through the water supply would be technically nearly impossible, implying that the "horror" expressed by some people about this is indeed paranoia about a non-existing threat.

Do you really read the things you make frantic posts about?

Would it surprise you, then, that the alphabet goons actually worked up a paper and a plan to deliberately contaminate selected secondary water supply systems on a local level with incapacitation agents (and lethal agents WERE suggested) in order to control civil unrest, in 1969 ?

Although the story in question and PN's rant has something of a grain of truth to it as well, given the high percentage of pharmaceuticals in our current public water supplies, there's cause for concern over their quality despite the "nothing to see here, move along" attitude of the same folk who sold us so many other flim-flam faery tales.

Just cause you don't believe PN doesn't mean you should believe the powers that be neither, since of the two, IMHO - the powers that be are crazier.

I actually think that idea (abhorrent, inhumane and wrong though it is) makes a whole lot more sense. If the sole purpose is to incapitate a select "enemy" within a particular location, contaminating water is actually a pretty efficient because things like carefully calibrated dosage and lack of side effects would be irrelevant.

It's not the theory of contaminating water that I question in general, it's this particular one. And PN's irresponsible way of spreading "information".

Is anyone debating that the water supplies are contaminated with hormones and other badness? I honestly think that sloppiness is a likelier reason for that than a deliberate "Miranda-esque" attempt to experiment on the population, though. Unless you have solid information about deliberate contamination?

I have no doubt that the alphabet agencies are loonier than shit house rats. And I have NO DOUBT that they have all kinds of nefarious plans on the shelf which they experimented with. No doubt whatsoever. But this particular concept is technically impossible even where there IS a "water supply", and given that so many either drink from the local well or river or drink bottled water (loaded with bisphenolA and brought to you by Nestle) it would be ridiculous to think that you could in fact mass sterilize people this way.

“It must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock,” wrote Holdren with co-authors Paul Ehrlich and Anne Ehrlich.

Holdren notes that the proposal to forcibly mass sterilize the public against their will “seems to horrify people” and yet it doesn’t seem to bother him too much, amidst the myriad of other totalitarian Dr. Strangelove style ideas that are put forward in the book as a way to carry out an aggressive agenda of population reduction.

Global sperm counts have dropped by a third since 1989 and by half in the past 50 years. The rate of decline is only accelerating as more and more couples find it harder to have children. In studies of white European men, the rate of decline is as much as 50 per cent in the last 30 years. In Italy, this equates to a native population reduction of 22 per cent by 2050. Population reduction is already occurring amongst native residents in many areas of Europe and America.

Everything from cellphone signals, to eating soy products, to female hormones entering the water supply from HRT products has been blamed. There’s no doubt that environmental pollution from industry and pharmaceutical products has contributed, but new research has uncovered that additional chemicals known as Antiandrogens are now finding their way into the water supply.

“The University of Exeter is now working with chemists at the University of Sussex to establish exactly what the chemicals in question are, and hence to understand how they are being released into waste water,” states the study.

Antiandrogens are capable of preventing or inhibiting the biologic effects of androgens, male sex hormones, on normally responsive tissues in the body. Antiandrogens are given to transsexual men who want to become women and they are also given to sex offenders released from prison to reduce their sexual libido. These substances have the effect of counteracting masculinisation and effectively diminishing normal male biological characteristics associated with the release of testosterone.

Antiandrogens used in pesticides sprayed on our food have also been identified as “endocrine disruptors” that have been “demonstrated to induce demasculinization in rats.”
These newly discovered poisons, combined with contraceptive pills and HRT have literally had the effect of gender-bending no less than a third of male fish in all British rivers, which causes them to produce eggs and make them infertile. Dozens of species besides fish, such as polar bears, bald eagles, otters and whales have also been affected and the problem is global.

In waterways that are located close to sewage treatment facilities, a staggering 80 per cent of male fish were found to have female characteristics as a result of such chemicals.
