I posted that to show Finn's (and others') utter hypocrisy, and it worked - he hasn't been anywhere near this thread all week. All of those who were so puffed up with outrage at Letterman, I challenged them to call you on your exact same (and even worse, really) vile and vicious remarks, and nobody did. Which rather proved my point quite neatly, that you are all pissed not at WHAT was said, but rather at WHO said it. When it's others saying the same and worse, you have no reaction, no phony outrage, no righteous indignation, no threats of death or boycott... nothing at all.
So Letterman makes a tasteless joke aimed at an 18-year-old unwed mother who was "knocked up" at 17, and the world explodes. YOU make jokes about raping 14-year-old little girls, and you call it "good sport", and your band of neo-con nobodies has absolutely nothing to say about it. Curious, as Spock would say.
