Y'know, IIRC, that sounds like a termination without cause, and (if NVG chose to play the "bastard" card) could get the whole program into a hella lot of hot water -- at least for the management level types.

Traveler: Me too...I just went for a test for a job, and they said that the interviews might start later this month and start date is in September. Ta ma de. Sadly, though, when I tried to apply for one of those types of jobs late last year, I got a rejection letter. Guess I'm too edjumakayted or som'thin'.

Don't feel bad...it is the Dilbert Principle at work-"Managers are prmoted to their own level of Incompetence".
As an aside;I have een run off of jobsites for the following:
1)Having the account manager call me on the company cell phone,and having someone from the client overhear me answere his query regarding directions to a gun shop.
2)Having a decent working relationship with the cleaning and construction contractors(they were Salvadoran neighbors of mine),and the person listening could not understand the Spanglish we were conversing in...this was interesting because the same complainant ALSO(see below)
3)Disapproved of my belief that a country that does NOT control its own borders eventually loses its sovereingty-usually after it goes broke,both frm lost jobs to funding a support system.Person ALSO disliked hearing me chuckle at a joke my Mexican second cousins emailed me( and passing it on to my neighbors/fellow contractors).What can I say?I am hard to categorize(they could not decide if I was intolerant or EXCESSIVELY tolerant-so much for diversity of thought!).
Above account level,area/district managers are terrified of ANY client complaint-wheter or not the complaint has validity.Combine that with a sketchy economy and all manner of backstabbery flows freely.
