Thunderball & Tomorrow Never Dies are my idea of perfect Bond movies, btw. Enough humour, but not over the top (Moonraker, I'm lookin' at YOU!!!).

I really liked it:)

I've just finished it and I can say it's definitely at least worth a rental. I bought it and I say it was money well spent.
I saw, and enjoyed, Casino Royale. I'd say this is the better movie though. I enjoy Craig's version of Bond, while I do enjoy the old Bonds, I'd have to say I really like the grittier Bond.

Hey Chris,
If you want to see the kind of action movie I actually LIKE, then rent Quantum of Solace.
You ever see Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy? Well, Solace is the closest Bond will likely ever get to a le Carré novel.

QOS is worth renting, I can not believe you said that about Casino Royale. This is the deal we have to get use to this new 007 agent. The story lines are what makes these new James Bond movies. I feel they tapped into conspiracy interests. I have watched the new Bond flicks several times with big popcorn and big drink combo. I got use to the scouser then I got into the story line. M was just smashing as the limes would say in this new one. That took along time for me to except a woman has head of MI-6 OO agents. Of course once again the best looking ladies in the world. Back door politics goes on and it makes you wonder if life imitates art or vice verser. James Bond is James Bond in what ever decade.

Quote:Oh, wow, that's even better--there are definite echoes of Constant Gardner in this, too. Why man, you may actually enjoy this movie after all!
