What if Sarah had gotten pregnant during the show. This would have had a big impact on the character and the show. Do you think Joss had a story arc ready just in case?

Lol, no way. SMG had a weight thing issue, pregnancy just wasn't gonna happen at that stage in her life.
She was one of those girls that held on to skinny for dear life.

But I'll bet Joss would have loved it...
it could have been Parker's baby (I always wanted Parker to return to the show)

But I'm sure there was no story ready just in case, did you notice how everyone was caught flat footed when Charisma got pregnant?

If Nicole Richie and Jessica Alba were able to reproduce, I think SMG coulda managed.

But no, I doubt there was a back-up story for this or anything.

True. But yet, the kid kinda sorta looks like Alan Tudyk. (It is Alan, of course. Joss was just trying to redeem himself from killing off Wash.)
