I read 84, which is a solid B, but really, if you grade on that scale, almost everyone is an F.

68 would be a D+.

But he's already going to make the blind see. Advanced Cell is applying for approval to use their retinal stem cell treatment, which was denied under Bush. The FDA has already OKed Geron's stem cell treatment for spinal cord stem cells, after getting a call from Obama, they denied the very same treatment last May after getting a call from Bush.

So, Bush=death, Obama=life. I can see, this is an easy pick.

The 83% was for the transition, the 68% is his job rating.
