Too early to tell, really.

All we know is that she'll "have a huge impact on the Doctor" --that could mean anything (he does have at least one daughter bouncing around the universe, plus whoever River Song is/was/will be. There's also Torchwood, which was not always run by Jack.

Plus there's the fact that River recognized the Doctor's current form, which would suggest that their paths will cross before he hits his eleventh regeneration. She also wasn't surprised that he didn't recognize her at first, which implies that she herself might have changed form a time or two (which would explain why she needs the TARDIS-diary to keep things straight.
