I've been engaging (or trying to) in that etiquette for years, but to a troll, this is potentially ground-breaking stuff. If I remember rightly, most of those points are mentioned and elaborated in this book:

but it costs £12.95 (just under 20 US dollars) and the video is free - automatically rendering it much better. I do recommend the book though, to trolls and normal folks, it's a damn informative (and, at times, funny) read.
