Whiskey. I like whiskey. Single malt, preferably an Islay aged in a sherry cask for 20 years. Almost cola -colored, with notes of smoke, peat, raisins, plums, and leather. With nice long legs, and a smooth finish.

Or a highlands scotch aged in a port barrel. With notes of apple pie (cinnamon, pastry) and butter.
