Any soldier... needs Firefly

Ok folks it's the giving season and I was thinking it might be a good idea to extend Firefly and Serenity to those who really need it. There are a lot of soldiers in Iraq and from conversations with a few they are really short on entertainment and honestly they really need it... so buy a copy of Firefly or Serenity and send it here

Amazon is really in the giving mood with Firefly and Serenity. Seems more than a few copies wil be coming from our house this season.

This is awesome! Thank you so much for posting it and giving us another way to share Firefly/Serenity.
The mayor and his wife here where I live have a grandson who is serving in Iraq and they have made contacts and we've all contributed stuff ( me= FF/S of course, plus some cookies and treats )
to send to his troop plus some others.
If you don't have a local way to do this, the link MsA has given us is a perfect way to do a good thing for a soldier!

Well we talked to a bunch on our way home from Dragon con and it seems their unit had been watching the same season one of the office for the last 4 months. It was all they had... so we gave them Firefly and Serentity to take with them and I thought we should try and see how many copies we can get out there...if they are going to watch something endlessly it should at least be something worth watching again and again:) To love someone is to see a miracle invisible to others.

Absolutely! I'm sending a copy this payday.
Plus, Firefly helped me thru a hard time in my life and I expect it would do the same for them.
