This seems to be the place for cat stories...we got our cat Theo a collar with a bell on it, so we can hear him if he sneaks out of the lounge room and into other rooms in the house ( He's a perfect cat apart from his need to spray all of his territory...and yes he is desexed). Interestingly before he got the collar he didn't hunt much, since getting the bell he has become a prolific mouser. Also he has learned how to jingle it to get our attention, and he has learned how to stop it from jingling when he's sneaking into other rooms in the house...I think it's time to remove the bell, though he does look very cute when he's shaking his head to move it.

The other day I open my kitchen drawer to get a spoon and my gorram cat's in it. The drawer was closed; he must have gotten in through the back, an opening of less than 5 inches...and in the dark, mind you...who would go to that trouble to lay on forks & spoons????? It CAN'T be COMFORTABLE!!!!
